Chantecaille Summer Holiday
Chantecaille Summer 2018 Collection is inspired by summers spent basking in the Italian sunshine on the Amalfi Coast, and it immediately transported me back to our own trip to the Coast a few months ago. The colors and formulas, as well as the packaging are reminiscent of the clear blue waters and the colorful cliffside villages where you fall in love with its beauty over and over again. With the warmer season coming up, the collection of ten products work perfectly to give you that radiant Mediterranean glow whether you are going out and about in the city, traveling on holiday, or to add a little warmth to your daily office makeup look.
Applying the Chantecaille Sirena Bronzer
Sirena Bronzer has a cream-like, bouncy texture that melds with the skin, leaving a light, sheer veil of color. Created with technology that blends pearls and pigments, the fine size and texture of the particles allow them to blur, perfect and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. I love using the lighter part as a highlight and it gives a very natural, but beautiful sheen of a glow.
Mermaid Eye Matte comes in two shades, Sylvie (gentle brown) and Olivia (dove grey). It is a silky matte cream shadow that is long lasting that does not crease, as it is infused with silk tree extract which provides a lifting, smoothing effect on the eyelid. The shades are both really flattering and are great in creating depth or adding warmth to the eye area. The shades are are extra special because they were inspired by founder Sylvie Chantecaille and her daughter, Chantecaille’s Creative Director, Olivia.
Luminescent Eye Shades in Sole (golden peach) or Mare (seafoam aqua) provide the prettiest shimmer to the lids! They are inspired by the undulating shimmer of the sea and uses the newest technology in pearl to create a watercolor wash on the lid that can be worn alone or layered for deeper, more dramatic looks. Infused with rice protein, the gel-powder formula uses next-generation pure pearl particles to create a watercolor effect on the lids that has a completely natural feel.
Lip Sleek comes in Lychee (deep nude), Papaya (tropical orange), or Acai (deep berry purple). Papaya is my favorite shade, that instant pop of sheer color that brightens up any look. Its innovative oil-in-a stick formula incredibly moisturizing, smooth, and comfortable that intensely conditions lips. It is packaged in a sleek metallic click-pen casing that releases the color with one click.
Les Perles Eyeliner in Vert (emerald green) or Bleu (deep blue) creates the smoothest, highly pigmented metallic line. The applicator makes it very easy to draw a precise line for the perfect La Dolce Vita cat eye. They create luxurious, multi-dimensional accent lines and I also love that it is a water-based formula. Softly textured, the formula is long-lasting but removes easily and gently.
